Escrow & Refund Policy

How Siiqo Escrow Works
When a buyer pays for an item on a Siiqo storefront, the funds do not immediately go to the vendor. Instead, Siiqo holds the money securely in escrow. The funds are only released to the vendor once the buyer marks the item as "Delivered & Satisfactory" or when the auto-resolution window expires.
Buyer Refunds
Buyers are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
- The item was never delivered.
- The item arrived significantly damaged or different from the description.
- The vendor canceled the order before fulfillment.
To claim a refund, the buyer must raise a dispute on the order page within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. Once a dispute is raised, the funds are frozen until Siiqo support reviews evidence from both parties.
Vendor Protection
Escrow protects vendors from fraudulent buyers who claim they didn't receive an item.
- Vendors should always keep proof of delivery (receipts, delivery photos, signatures).
- If a buyer fails to mark an item as received but the tracking confirms delivery, the funds will auto-release after 72 hours.
- If an item is customized or perishable, specific conditions apply to the refund process.
