Trust Is Not a Feature. It's the Foundation.
Most platforms leave trust to chance — you hope the seller is real, you hope the payment goes through, you hope something shows up. Siiqo removes hope from the equation. Trust is built into the infrastructure of every transaction on our platform.
Five Layers. Zero Compromises.
By layering security checks, escrow protection, reputation tools, and business tools, Siiqo ensures completely transparent commerce.
Seller Verification
Every seller who joins Siiqo is verified before going live. Digital identity checks confirm their details. Your verified badge is earned, not assumed.
Escrow-Protected Payments
No payment moves until delivery is confirmed. When a buyer pays, funds go into Siiqo's escrow system — held securely, tracked in real time, and released only when the buyer confirms receipt. Fake alerts are impossible here.
Dispute Mediation
When something goes wrong, Siiqo doesn't disappear. Our dispute team reviews the transaction, the evidence, and the communication — and resolves it fairly. Every buyer and seller has a voice.
Reviews & Reputation
Every completed transaction can generate a review. Sellers build public, verified reputation over time. Buyers can see exactly who they're buying from — not anonymous listings, but real business histories.
Professional Business Infrastructure
Invoicing, receipts, inventory records, and CRM data — professional infrastructure is itself a trust signal. When a seller runs their business properly on Siiqo, buyers can see it.
How Escrow Works
Your money is never at risk. The escrow workflow ensures protection for both sides of the transaction.
Order Placement
Buyer places order and pays — funds go into Siiqo escrow immediately.
Seller Notification
Seller receives notification and prepares the order.
Dispatch
Seller ships or delivers the items.
Confirmation
Buyer receives the delivery and confirms.
Funds Release
Escrow releases funds to seller's Siiqo wallet.
Withdrawal
Seller withdraws to bank account (₦50 flat fee, any time).
What if the buyer does not confirm?
If the buyer does not confirm within the agreed window, Siiqo reviews the transaction, tracking history, and evidence, and mediates. Neither side is left without recourse.
