Vendor Agreement
Last Updated: 4/16/2026
1. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor on Siiqo, you are entirely responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of the goods or services you list. You agree to fulfill all orders accepted through your storefront promptly and to communicate any delays to your buyers immediately.
2. Payouts and Escrow Release
Payments made by buyers are held in the Siiqo Escrow system. Funds are released to your designated bank/crypto wallet only after the buyer confirms receipt of the goods, or after the auto-resolution window expires (provided no active dispute was raised).
3. Fees
While setting up a storefront on Siiqo is free, certain transactions (like escrow processing and crypto withdrawals) may incur a small transaction fee. This fee structure is detailed on our Pricing page and will be deducted automatically from cleared payouts.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer raises a dispute regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you agree to cooperate fully with the Siiqo resolution center. Failure to submit proof of delivery or quality may result in a forced refund to the buyer.
5. Account Suspension
Siiqo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any vendor account that consistently provides poor service, attempts fraud, circumvents the payment system, or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
