How to Setup and Customize Your Siiqo Storefront

From the initial Vendor Onboarding form to finalizing themes and catalogs in your Vendor Dashboard.

Your Siiqo storefront isn't just a directory listing โ€” it's a fully customizable, intelligent e-commerce site. The setup process is broken into two phases: completing your initial registration, and then designing your live storefront from the dashboard.
1

Sign Up & Vendor Onboarding

Start by registering on the platform. After verifying your email/OTP, you will be directed to the Vendor Onboarding Form. Here, you will submit your fundamental business details: your business name, operating category (Fashion, Electronics, Services, etc.), and contact metrics.

2

Approval Queue & Email Notification

Because Siiqo maintains a secure ecosystem, your submitted form goes into a review queue. You will receive an email notification once the administrative team approves your vendor account.

3

Dashboard & Customization

Once approved, you gain full access to your private Vendor Dashboard. Navigate to the Storefront Configurator to give your brand the look it deserves:

  • Select Themes: Choose between bold, elegant, or minimalist layouts.
  • Hero Layout & Style: Upload your masthead banner, adjust color palettes, and toggle sections on/off.
4

Add Catalogs & Hit "Publish"

Organize your products into Catalogs (e.g., "Summer Collection", "Wholesale Deals"). Crucially: Your storefront will not be visible to the public until you actively hit the "Publish Storefront" button. Once published, your store is live at your public link (siiqo.com/your-brand).

How the Public Link Operates

Your public link serves as your brand's standalone website. When buyers click it from your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp message, they bypass the general Siiqo marketplace entirely.

  • They only see your products.
  • They experience your selected theme and branding.
  • They checkout directly through the secure Escrow system.
Pro Tip: Re-visit the Storefront Configurator whenever your business enters a new season. You can instantly swap themes to emphasize a massive flash sale or pivot to a more professional, corporate layout whenever needed without losing any inventory data.
