How to Use the Siiqo CRM
For all vendors who want to turn one-time buyers into loyal regulars.
Your customer list is your most valuable business asset. Most Nigerian SMEs have their "CRM" scattered across WhatsApp contacts, voice notes, and group chats. Siiqo builds your customer database automatically — every checkout creates a permanent customer profile.
What happens automatically
- Every checkout creates a Customer Profile with a name, email, and verified phone number.
- The full Order History is recorded — every item bought, price paid, and date of transaction.
- Total lifetime spend is calculated automatically, helping you identify your VIPs at a glance.
What you can do manually
1
Create Customer Segments
Go to Customers → Segments. Create lists like "VIP Buyers" (spent over ₦100,000), "Wholesale Clients", or "Inactive for 60 Days" to structure your marketing outreach.
2
Add personal notes to profiles
Click any customer profile and log notes: "Prefers blue fabric variants", "Always buys before Eid". These notes make your follow-up conversations feel highly personalized, not transactional.
3
Set follow-up reminders
Add a reminder on a profile: "Call Chuka in 2 weeks about the new fabric collection." The CRM flags this for you. This creates the difference between a business that grows and one that just fulfills orders.
The 80/20 Rule: Your top 20% of customers likely generate 80% of your revenue. Use the CRM to identify them by lifetime spend, then give them VIP treatment — early access to restocks or a handwritten thank-you note. Loyalty is worth 5× what new customer acquisition costs.
